Diamond Paints and Robson International will face each other in the final of the Lahore Smart City Polo in Pink Tournament 2026 at the Lahore Polo Club on Sunday, following contrasting victories in their respective semifinals.
A sizeable crowd gathered at the club on Saturday to witness the two exciting encounters. Lahore Polo Club President Agha Najeeb Raza, members of the executive committee, the club secretary and numerous families were also present to enjoy the action.
In the first semifinal of the day, Diamond Paints defeated Din/FG 8-6 to secure their place in the final. Raja Jalal Arsalan delivered an outstanding performance, scoring six goals, while Bilal Hayee contributed two to complete the winning tally.
The second semifinal produced a dramatic turnaround, with Robson International overcoming a four-goal deficit against FG/Din Polo in the fourth chukker to clinch a thrilling 8-7 victory. Raja Mikael Sami was the star of the encounter, scoring all eight goals for Robson International to single-handedly steer his team into the final. His remarkable performance proved decisive in a closely contested match that kept spectators engrossed until the closing stages.
For FG/Din Polo, Hamza Muaz Khan scored three goals, while Sheikh Muhammad Raffay and Irani player Sahir Yaqhoobi contributed two goals each. Despite their efforts, the team could not prevent Robson International from completing its remarkable comeback.
