Match Officials Announced for ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025 Semi-Finals

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the match officials for the semi-finals of the ICC Men’s Champions Trophy 2025, where India will face Australia, and South Africa will take on New Zealand.

First Semi-Final: India vs Australia (Dubai)

New Zealand’s Chris Gaffaney and England’s Richard Illingworth will officiate the much-anticipated clash between India and Australia in Dubai. Michael Gough will serve as the third umpire, while Andy Pycroft will oversee proceedings as the match referee.

Illingworth, who previously officiated India’s Group A encounter with New Zealand, will continue his duties in Dubai, while Gaffaney was initially scheduled to umpire Australia’s match against South Africa in Group B before it was affected by weather.

Dharmasena previously officiated New Zealand’s Group A win over Bangladesh, while Reiffel was in charge when India secured victory against Pakistan.
