Amir Mazari of Aitchison and Ahtesham Humayun of Crescent School qualified for the boys U-18 final in the Servis Tyres Junior National Tennis Championship 2026 at the Punjab Tennis Academy, Bagh-e-Jinnah, Lahore.
Amir Mazari delivered a dominant performance against M. Yahya, winning 6-0, 6-2, while Ahtesham Humayun cruised past Aliyan Ali with a convincing 6-1, 6-1 victory. In the boys U-18 category, the doubles final witnessed an impressive victory by Ahtesham Humayun and Amir Mazari, who outplayed M. Yahya and Inam Qadir in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3.
The boys U-14 semifinals also featured exciting encounters, where Shayan Afridi secured a comfortable win over M. Muaz with a 4-1, 4-1 scoreline. In another closely contested match, M. Aayan triumphed over M. Faizan in three sets, 4-1, 1-4, 4-1, demonstrating resilience and composure under pressure.
In the girls U-14 category, Khadija Khalil showcased her dominance by defeating Anaya Khan convincingly 4-0, 4-0, while Hajra Sohail advanced to the final after overcoming Eman Shahbaz with a solid 4-1, 4-1 victory. The boys U-12 doubles final saw Ashtar Alam Khan and M Daniyal emerge victorious against Mamnoon Bari and Ehsan Bari, winning 4-2, 4-1. In the boys U-12 singles semifinal, Mustafa Uzair Rana displayed excellent form, defeating Daniyal Abdullah 4-0, 4-1 to book his place in the final.
Meanwhile, in the girls U-12 semifinals, Eman Shahbaz secured a 4-1, 4-1 win over Shahreen Umer, while Shahnoor Umer delivered a flawless performance, defeating Hafsa Rana 4-0, 4-0 to advance. The boys/girls U-10 semifinal saw Ibrahim Khan Leghari dominate his match against Zahran Zeeshan, sealing a comprehensive 6-0 victory.
All finals are scheduled to be played on Friday (April 3, 2026), promising an exciting conclusion to the championship. Mr. Arif Saeed, CEO of Servis Industries, will grace the occasion as the chief guest at the prize distribution ceremony, where the young champions will be honored for their outstanding performances.
