Lahore: Pakistan tennis ace Aisamul Haq Qureshi has spent the vacations with his wife in the beautiful islands of Maldives.
Sharing his views about his vacations soon after Australian Open assignment, Aisam wrote on his social media handler, “An amazing, relaxing ,fun and much-eeded vacations in #Maldives with my better half @sana.aisam comes to an end. Thanks @kagimaldives for a wonderful experience and great hospitality
Time to head back home and prepare for the upcoming @daviscup tie against #Japan in sha Allah in March.”
t is worth mentioning here that now the Pakistan tennis star will start preparations for the upcoming Pakistan-Japan Davis Cup tie to be played at the Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad from on March 5 and 6. The other teams members including the longest serving No 1 tennis player of Pakistan, Aqeel Khan, have already started their preparations, as their training has gain momentum while Aisam will soon join them after reaching the country from his vacations in Maldives.
Pakistan Davis Cup team non-playing captain Mushaf Zia is hopeful of doing well against Japan, the Asia’s tennis powerhouse and hoped that they will try to utilize the benefit of grass courts and try to give tough time to tennis giants.
Aisam and Aqeel have already helped Pakistan win important Davis Cup ties against Slovenia and other countries and hopefully, this time too, they will once again try to give their best and produce better results for their country.
