Lahore: A prayer ceremony was held at Punjab Education Foundation Head Office, Lahore in memory of Martyrs of Army Public School. The prayers were organized in the open courtyard of the head office in view of the epidemic Covid-19. More than 200 employees attended the ceremony including MD-PEF Asad Naeem and DMDs.
While Praying, Managing Director PEF Asad Naeem said that the country has gone through great tragedies but the tragedy of APS shocked the country. He recited Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah Al-Ikhlas three times with all the employees and prayed for the elevation of the ranks of the martyrs of the APS tragedy, patience for their parents and for such tragedies not to happen again in the country.
He further prayed for the security of the country, development of the country and protection of the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country and the security forces defending the borders.
